The Care for Diabetics Foundation (C4DF.org) was founded in efforts to generate awareness and increase education about diabetes and its serious consequences associated with it if undetected and untreated. We are striving to be on the forefront in providing community education about diabetes and providing free blood tests for diabetic screening purposes to all races, genders and ages.
